Raspberry Chia Puddings
Blend 1/2 cup raspberries a dash of vanilla essence and a tablespoon of Manuka honey
Fill your jar halfway with chia seeds
Cover with the raspberry mixture and pour in rice milk until all chia seeds are covered
Place in the fridge overnight
Mix a teaspoon of @ponoprobiotics Coconut Plus powder and two tablespoons @nakulaorganic natural yoghurt and place on-top of the chia pudding
Sprinkle with blueberries and shaved coconut
