Raspberry Coconut Smoothie Bowl

The weather is heating up so there’s nothing more satisfying than a nourishing smoothie bowl for breakfast. Thicker than a smoothie and eaten with a spoon, a smoothie bowl is a heartier, kicked up version of a traditional smoothie. The best bit is that it’s a great way to express your creativity (if you have the extra time) as you can adorn your creation with bright, vibrant fruits, flowers and other elaborate garnishes. Here’s a quick little recipe to get your artistic juices flowing and your belly full. ⠀

Raspberry Coconut Smoothie Bowl⠀

- 2 cups frozen raspberries⠀
- 1 large frozen banana⠀
- 2/3 cup coconut or almond milk⠀
- 1 tbs chia seeds⠀
- 1 scoop PONO Probiotics Nourishing Reds⠀
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder⠀
- Optional garnishes: shredded coconut, shaved dark chocolate, hazelnuts, chia seeds, edible flowers, granola etc⠀

Blend all ingredients in a @magimix_australia or high powered blender/food processor. ⠀
Transfer to a fancy bowl.⠀
Get creative and decorate as you like. ⠀
