Coconut Probiotic Bliss Balls - For a good night's rest

INGREDIENTS

110g organic almond meal
110g medjool pitted dates
45g coconut oil
35g organic desiccated coconut
30 g raw organic cacao powder
1 tablespoon chia sees
2 tablespoons organic vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons organic cacao nibs
1 pinch Himalayan salt
½ tsp vanilla essence
2 tablespoons PONO Coconut Probiotic Powder
2 tablespoons The Goodnight Co Activated Charcoal Sleep powder
1 tablespoon organic cinnamon

 

 

METHOD

Place medjool dates in a food processor and process until very finely chopped.

 

Add almond meal, half of the coconut, cacao powder, chia seeds, protein powder, salt and cinnamon and process until combined.

 

Add the coconut oil and vanilla essence and process until mixture comes together.

 

Roll mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and roll in the remaining coconut.

 

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

 

Makes 10 – 12.
