YOU WILL NEED
1 cup organic frozen mixed berries
1 frozen small ripe banana
2-3 Tbsp light coconut or almond milk
1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder of choice
1 scoop of Nourish Reds
TOPPINGS
1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
Granola (optional)
Fruit (optional)
METHOD
1. Blend all the goodness.
2. Pour into bowl.
3. Decorate with toppings.
4. Take a pc for the gram.
