Benefits of Probiotics
Our gut does so much more then just digest food, the bacteria that live in our gut, help with sleep, cravings and also weight loss as well as our immunity.
You might have read about the importance of a healthy gut microbiota for a healthy brain. Links have been made between the microbiota and depression, anxiety and stress.
Up to 80 percent of our immune system is found in the gut, so it is so vital that we look after our gut by feeding it with good bacteria. Why do we need more good bacteria? Well, the good bacteria of our guts can get wiped from stress, alcohol, outside environment, sugar and also caffeine as well as antibiotics.
By adding PONO probiotics into your daily routine, you are allowing yourself to have a stronger immune system, improved digestion, increased energy, better breath because probiotics kill candida as well as healthier skin.

Hi there,
I wanted to inquire about your probiotics. I was recently diagnosed with rosacea and put on a course of antibiotics both oral and topical but I am not seeing great results. From the research that I have done and patterns I have seen from my skin, I believe it could have to do with my gut health. Meanwhile I am also struggling with yeast build up! I just wanted to ask if you have heard of similar cases, and whether you think the probiotics would be suitable?
Thanks,
Anastasia
